OUR PROCESS

We dig deep, discover your team’s needs and align it with another purposeful organisation

GAMEPLANNING BESPOKE PARTNERSHIPS

Strategic partnerships work best when they are tailored for success. We help gameplan an engagement between you and another purpose-driven organisation to see where your skills, values and outcomes align. This could look like a one-for-one initiative, the start of an online workshop series or skills development network.

IN-KIND SUPPORT

In-kind services help build organisational capacity for nonprofits and social enterprises. Partnerships based around in-kind support means that you can take action for causes you’re passionate about and meaningful organisations have access to a more diverse pool of resources.

CAPACITY-BUILDING FUNDING

There will be times when nonprofits will need to rely on outside funding to sustain life-giving projects. They might also already have great in-house experts. Financial giving places spending power in the hands that know how to use it best and are less time-intensive for the funder.

ENTERPRISE MENTORING

Mentoring works because sometimes people need guidance and encouragement from those who have already been to the beyond. It also enables individuals to think outside of their headspace and into new ways of thinking. Did we mention that it helps build a stronger sense of professional development in the workplace?
